All Aboard the Energy Bus

All Aboard the Energy Bus!

As part of their Green Business Programme, Crawley Borough Council is offering six Crawley based businesses a free visit from the Energy Explorer Bus. Worth £750 a visit, the bus showcase energy efficient technologies, with expert insight from two qualified energy advisors.

The onboard displays include:
• Cavity, solid wall and loft insulation
• Working sun tube
• Boiler and heating controls
• Hot water cylinders
• Radiator efficiency
• Double glazing
• Energy saving gadgets
• Renewable technologies - including, solar thermal, solar PV and a wind turbine

Crawley businesses who receive a visit from the bus will also benefit from a free environmental review of their business premises by an environmental auditor. The review looks into energy, waste and water management and identifies where savings can be achieved.
